The Gambero Rosso this year has launched three guides entirely dedicated to Made in Italy products and excellence.
The great Top Italian Food&Wine 2023 event took place at 'La Nuvola' by Fuksas in Rome on December 18 2022, in collaboration with Lazio Innova & Eur Spa, the Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion of the Capitol of Rome in the Lazio Region.
The focus of the day was on the companies and businesses that have merited or earned, through their dedication, the title of Italian excellence and have obtained a place in the guide which for years has had the task of enhancing the Italian territory and its products, with the objective of promoting them in Italy and abroad.
The Gambero Rosso CEO Luigi Salerno said: "We have always supported companies of excellent quality in the promotion of Made in Italy products in the world. We are closing 2022 in the best way we know how: tasting quality products and wines that we select in our historical guides and with a moment of great in-depth study to bring out even more the agri-food sector, a fundamental cog for the growth of the great Italian engine".

We are therefore proud to be able to announce our presence in the Gambero Rosso Top Food&Wine 2023 guide as Italian excellence with our acacia honey, which represents the symbol of Apicoltura Cazzola.
